Licencing
Jeremy Bright professional photographer produces images under licence in accordance with standard Terms and Conditions.
There is a difference between the medium of an image and the content. Jeremy Bright professional photographer licenses the content [copyright] in order to control the usage of their images, in the same way that musicians control who can reproduce their music. This prevents illegal and irresponsible usage and provides a mechanism whereby the commissioner [depending on the terms of the license] has the rights to use the images for a given specified use and time period.
It is important that consideration is given to any requirements of usage, the purpose of the images and where they will be used so that the right licence can be issued or re-issued.
